Service with heart and SOL!
The Technical Working Group on Evaluation and Updating the Organizational Structure of the Local Government Unit of Sto. Niño successfully conducts its Orientation on Organizational Restructuring and Organization & Management Strengthening held at Asenso Hall, on July 27, 2022, at2nd Floor Municipal Hall, Sto. Niño.
The said orientation, graced by the Provincial Human Resource Management Office – OMS Staff, headed by Ma’am Julie S. Serilo as Resource Speaker, aims to harness the TWG Members in carrying out their duties of reviewing and evaluating the LGU’s organizational structure and staffing pattern.
As part of the program, Mayor Solly F. Villalobos provides his message thanking the Provincial Government of South Cotabato for granting the local government’s request and making the orientation possible. The Mayor also stressed the necessity to equip the TWG with the tools it needs to offer services with accountability and efficiency through the LGU’s human resources.
