Progressive rural community and prosperity of farmers in life characterized by empowerment and participations of rural organizations towards entrepreneurship in agriculture-based resources to sustain development and productivity.
Vision
The Local Government Unit shall exercise its power and functions to provide appropriate technical assistance, funds support for implementation of programs and projects that expressly sustain development of the community, capacitate civil society organizations and its linkage to funding agency in enhancing entrepreneurial economic stability and be self-reliant, participation to every rural community’s social activity, preservation of balance ecology and climate change awareness among comfort and convenience of farmers/ fisherfolk.
